Requested from front desk twice after the fact, never came and made the bed or brought us new towels. Was not informed you had to request your room to be cleaned/bed made, new towels etc and you had to do it the day before you wanted the service. Beds extremely uncomfortable, pillows even worse. We went last year same time and service was okay. Themis Mudhouse- An Ethnic Resort & Cultural Diningīottom line, the hotel cares nothing about your satisfaction and provides no service at all.
